The Nenthorn String Quartet

The Nenthorn String Quartet - 4 experienced and talented musicians - is based in a tranquil village near Kelso, in the Scottish Borders.  We enjoy providing music for weddings, before, during and after the ceremony.  We are also happy to play at any occasion where music is required.

We play all types of music - from Bach to the Beatles and from Pachelbel to Pavarotti.  You can see a sample list of our repertoire here.  If you ask for something not in our repertoire we will, given a little notice, arrange it for string quartet and play it for you.  We will be happy to help you choose music for your occasion if you wish.

We love our work, and it is our wish that we can help make your occasion a happy one.  We are invariably complimented on the way we tailor our choice of music to the mood of any event and on how we help to create a relaxed atmosphere.  We hope you will invite us to play for you, but whatever you decide we wish you well for the future.
